ABOUT “stay Safe” poster series

A three-part letterpressed poster series promoting easy ways to stay safe while at school or in public. Printed from Legos, BRED designed and illustrated these posters that explore bitmap images, dot-matrix typography, and bright day-glow colors to combat our sometimes grey “new normal.” These vibrant public service announcement posters serve as a friendly reminder to keep the Pace University and Rutgers University-Newark communities safe!

Some recent work from the press shop—we were inspired by the #hopewallrva initiative (Rob Carter, Ashley Kistler, John Malinoski) and a project we are creating for their rotating installation project.
We were able to piece together all the 56 pieces, lay them out, and temporarily fit them together., photograph them and develop a master plan! Back are half-way done... after that, we start to sew them together!
